To receive a different item:

International Orders (Outside UAE)

Currently, Nova Shop primarily serves customers within the United Arab Emirates.
Any international consumer rights (such as EU cooling-off periods) apply only if explicitly required by law for shipments to those regions.


Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
